- Indian aur Chinese dishes ko standard recipe ke according prepare karna.
- Gravy, curry, dal, rice, noodles, fried rice, starters aur main course banana.
- Mise en place: vegetables cutting, marination, sauces aur ingredients ki preparation.
- Taste, presentation aur portion size maintain karna.
- Food ko time par prepare karke service team ko dena.

2. Kitchen Operations

- Kitchen ka daily operation smoothly manage karna.
- Raw material ki quality check karna.
- Stock aur ingredients ka proper use karna.
- Food wastage control karna.
- Gas, burner, fryer, tandoor aur other kitchen equipment ka safe use karna.

3. Quality & Hygiene

- Food quality aur taste mein consistency maintain karna.




- FSSAI hygiene standards follow karna.
- Kitchen, utensils aur work area clean rakhna.
- Raw aur cooked food ko properly separate rakhna.
- Expired ya spoiled ingredients ka use nahi karna.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
