Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Channel Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace business, with a focus on international Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central.
- Manage Amazon UK, Europe, GCC, and other marketplaces.
- Plan and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Manage product listings, catalog, keywords, and SEO.
- Monitor pricing, Buy Box, promotions, and product visibility.
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, sales, and profitability.
- Manage Amazon Account Health, cases, appeals, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate inventory, product launches, and marketplace activities.
- Analyze marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.




- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of Amazon Marketplace experience.
- 1+ year of international Amazon experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
- Good knowledge of catalog management, pricing, promotions, and Account Health.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Amazon UK, Europe, or GCC is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented and able to take ownership of marketplace performance.
- Willingness to relocate to Calicut is mandatory.
