E-Waste Uncle Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing organization dedicated to sustainable electronic waste management and recycling. We help businesses and individuals responsibly dispose of their old electronic assets, protecting the environment and promoting a circular economy. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in office!

Job Summary

As a Telecaller for Lead Generation, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal is to reach out to prospective customers, explain our e-waste collection and recycling services, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume calls to potential B2B/B2C clients to introduce E-Waste Uncle’s recycling services.
- Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Pitching & Educating: Explain the importance of proper e-waste disposal and how our services benefit them or their organization.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes,



and lead statuses in our CRM/database daily.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Minimum High School diploma (10+2); a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluent in Hindi/Local Language, English.
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Workplace Requirement: Ability to report to our physical office daily (In-Person role).
