About the Role

Deebaa Workforce India is looking for a Fresher Full Stack Software Developer who is passionate about technology, web development, mobile applications, and learning new things.

This is an opportunity to join our growing startup and work on real-world technology projects from development to deployment.

You will get hands-on experience in building and maintaining web applications, mobile applications, LMS/e-learning platforms, and our official website.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and mobile applications
- Work on projects from initial development to deployment
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Build and maintain e-learning platforms and LMS systems
- Manage and maintain our official company website
- Develop and integrate APIs and backend functionality
- Work with databases and server-side technologies
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance
- Use version control and follow proper development practices
- Collaborate with the team on new features and technology projects
- Continuously learn and implement modern development technologies

Required Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have basic to working knowledge of:

Frontend

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- React.js
- Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS
- Responsive Web Design

Backend & Database

- PHP
- MySQL
- API integration and development
- Basic database concepts

Development Tools

- Git / GitHub or other version-control systems
- Basic understanding of deployment and hosting

Mobile / Cross-Platform Development





- Basic knowledge or interest in cross-platform mobile application development
- React Native or similar frameworks will be an advantage

- Fresh graduates looking to start their career in software development
- BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / MCA or other relevant technical graduates
- Candidates with relevant programming and development skills
- Candidates with personal projects, academic projects, GitHub projects, or internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a startup environment

Internship & Compensation

First 3 Months – Paid Internship

₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month

After successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position, based on performance, technical skills, and overall contribution.

Key Location Requirement

Candidates must be from Barasat or nearby areas.

Candidates who can conveniently commute to our workplace in Barasat are preferred.
