About the Role

Zenix Global Logistics is looking for an Freight Broker with a strong understanding of US Logistics and Freight Brokerage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage freight operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Source reliable carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Book loads and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth delivery.
- Meet assigned targets and maintain accurate records.





Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Freight Brokerage/US Logistics.
- Experience in carrier sourcing, load booking, and rate negotiation.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of load boards and freight management systems is preferred.
