About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associate/Executive who can engage clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships — with strong communication skills and the drive to generate and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients via calls, meetings, and emails
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willing to relocate and work night shifts

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Fluency in English and local language
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
