We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage the overall operations, sales, team, and performance of our beauty centre in Kolkata. Candidates from the Beauty, Salon, Beauty Academy, or Wellness industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive admissions, sales, revenue, and business growth.
- Manage and motivate the centre team to achieve targets.
- Handle customer/student queries and escalations.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Maintain a valuable customer experience and centre standards.
- Prepare regular performance updates for management.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Centre Management, Branch Management, Institute Management,



or Senior Counselling.
- Experience in the Beauty / Salon / Beauty Academy / Wellness industry preferred.
- Strong sales, counselling, and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with good leadership skills.
