As we expand our Express Entry, PNP, and Work Permit verticals, we're looking for a detail-oriented, accountable, and client-focused Case Filing Officer who takes pride in immigration work done right.

Role Overview

As a PR & Open Work Permit Case Filing Officer, you will manage end-to-end case preparation — coordinating with clients for documents, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and maintaining high service standards across the full application lifecycle. You'll work primarily on permanent residency and open work permit files, with room to grow into specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities

File Management & Processing

- Prepare and submit PR and open work permit applications (Express Entry, PNP, spousal open work permits, etc.) with full attention to completeness and accuracy.
- Draft client forms and review supporting documentation against current program and IRCC guidelines.
- Track and manage deadlines, follow-up dates, and application statuses.

Client Coordination

- Communicate with clients to collect, review, and verify documentation.
- Provide regular updates and explain next steps clearly and professionally.
- Guide clients on letters of explanation, biometrics, medicals, and PR/work permit-specific requirements.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance





- Work closely with RCICs and legal advisors to ensure filings meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain intake documentation, checklists, and case notes on the CRM.
- Keep an audit-ready file structure, both digital and physical.

Adaptability & Growth

- Support related case types when needed (e.g., assisting on a spousal PR alongside your primary work permit files).
- Stay current with evolving immigration policies and documentation practices.

Ideal Candidate

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in immigration, legal, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Canada as a destination (exposure to US/UK/NZ/Australia is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
- Prior work with RCICs, law firms, or authorized consultancies is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
