Job Description:
The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees in the organization. This role involves conducting needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring that the training solutions align with the company's strategic goals. The deputy manager will collaborate with different departments to identify skill gaps and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Duties will include organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as well as overseeing new hire orientation programs. The position requires monitoring industry trends to effectively address the evolving needs of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.




- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and online resources.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep training programs current and relevant.
- Support the onboarding process for recent hires through comprehensive orientation programs.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an advantage.
