Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to manage complete body shop operations, ensure timely vehicle delivery and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day body shop operations.
- Supervise technicians, advisors and workshop staff.
- Monitor repair quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage productivity, work allocation and targets.
- Monitor estimates, job cards and repair processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of body shop operations.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Good customer handling and communication.
- Strong automobile technical knowledge.
- Hyundai/dealership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
