We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive to manage outbound calls, client engagement, and digital outreach across job sites, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote services.
- Manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and follow-ups.
- Post and promote job-related content on social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and social media posting.
- Ability to design or adapt promotional posters.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Education: Graduate or equivalent
Work Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi or Kozhikode
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
