Position Name : Logistics Executive

Salary: 20000- 22000

Experience: 1- 3yrs

Location: Thollamur Village, Eraiyur Post, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram

Coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of goods from the factory, warehouse, vendors, and other locations.

Plan and coordinate transportation requirements for timely movement of goods.

Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/consignment notes, and shipment records.

Track shipments and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchase, Operations, Accounts, and other relevant teams.

Handle stock transfers, returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.





Follow up on delayed shipments, shortages, damages, and other transportation-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, returns, and pending shipments.

Verify transporter bills and supporting documents.

Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and provide updates to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable logistics/documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹9,076.16 - ₹41,173.10 per month
