Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an Operations Assistant and perform SAP entries related to bunker supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, surveyors, and cross-functional teams for the smooth execution of daily bunker supply operations.
- Handle day-to-day field operations involving barges, pipelines, and tank truck movements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DG Shipping guidelines, and international bunkering standards.
- Maintain operational databases, records, and MIS reports on a timely basis.
- Perform data entry and transaction updates in the IRM digital portal.
- Support planning and execution activities across the bunker supply chain to ensure effective operations.
- Ensure seamless bunker delivery operations through effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor bunker delivery schedules, vessel movements,



and operational activities to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining high service standards for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline,
- Diploma in any engineering

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in:Bunker Trading / Bunker Operations
- Marine Fuel Sales
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Vessel Agency Operations
- Marine Logistics
- Oil & Fuel Trading
