- Lead end-to-end contract management for real estate and construction projects.
- Draft, review and negotiate LOIs, Work Orders, Agreements, Contractor Agreements, AMC and Vendor Contracts.
- Manage commercial negotiations with contractors, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Review contractual terms, payment conditions, variation orders, escalation, deductions and penalties.
- Handle claims, counterclaims, disputes and contractual risk mitigation.
- Ensure timely execution, renewal and closure of contracts.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Management teams.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, certifications, billing and commercial settlements.
- Evaluate and negotiate rates, BOQs, tenders and commercial proposals.
- Establish standard contract templates, SOPs and approval processes.
- Track contractual obligations, milestones, guarantees, retention money and liabilities.
- Support management in commercial decision-making and project cost optimisation.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Robust knowledge of real estate/construction contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Understanding of BOQ, tendering, rate analysis, billing and project commercials.
- Experience in handling contractual claims and disputes.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and high-value contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and contract/commercial documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce or related field.
- 1015+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure.
- Candidates currently working as Head Contracts, Contracts Manager, Commercial Head, Commercial Manager, Contracts & Commercial Manager, or Senior Commercial Manager can be considered.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers / EPC / construction companies preferred.

Compensation: 2430 LPA, depending on experience and current compensation.
