Job Description – Microfinance & Tally Trainer

Position: Microfinance & Tally Trainer
Project: Skill Development Initiative
Location: Greater Noida / Assigned Training Centre
Reporting To: Centre Coordinator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilization
- Conduct outreach activities to attract and enroll youth into the program.
- Build partnerships with local communities, colleges, and alumni networks for mobilization.
- Ensure maximum participation and maintain transparent documentation of mobilization efforts.
- Training
- Deliver structured training sessions on Microfinance concepts (financial literacy, credit systems, SHGs, loan management).
- Provide hands-on training in Tally ERP (accounting, GST, payroll, inventory management).
- Develop bilingual (Hindi/English) training materials, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Integrate soft skills, workplace readiness, and compliance awareness into sessions.
- Placement
- Coordinate with employers, financial institutions, and NGOs for placement opportunities.




- Prepare trainees for interviews through mock sessions and career guidance.
- Track placement outcomes and maintain post-placement support records.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Certification or practical expertise in Tally ERP.
- Experience in Microfinance, Accounting, or Skill Development Training preferred.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Ability to motivate and mentor youth for career growth.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
