Job Title: Quality Engineer - Small Home Appliances

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality inspection and testing of Small Home Appliances.
- Define quality parameters, inspection standards, and testing protocols.
- Evaluate product samples, specifications, and pre-production units before mass production.
- Identify product defects and drive RCA and CAPA with OEMs/vendors.
- Conduct factory and vendor quality audits and monitor corrective actions.
- Analyse product failures and customer complaints in coordination with Product and Service teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable BIS/ISI and electrical safety standards.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, test reports, and NCR documentation.

Desired Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in Product Quality / Quality Engineering / R&D.;
- Mandatory: Experience in Small Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Electrical Appliances.
- Hands-on experience in product testing, inspection, and defect analysis.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers and vendors.
- Knowledge of BIS/ISI standards,



electrical safety, and product compliance.
- Strong RCA, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Background

- Experience with Electric Irons, Mixer, Room Heaters, Coolers, Fans, Geysers, and other Small/Electrical Home Appliances.
- Candidates from Consumer Electronics, Electrical/Home Appliances, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or Product Quality backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
