Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Any Degree
Department: After Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming inspection of service spare parts and purchased components.
- Conduct final inspection of repaired, reworked, and assembled products.
- Verify products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and document non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quality issue resolution.
- Support supplier quality improvement and monitor supplier performance.




- Analyze customer complaints and after-sales quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SOPs, and Quality Management Systems.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
