Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Trainer with solid hands-on industry and real-time project experience. The trainer should be capable of delivering advanced, practical training covering Workday Integration development, troubleshooting, security, and real-world project scenarios.

Technical Skills

- Workday Integration – Advanced concepts and real-time implementation

- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

- PECI / PICOF
- Workday Web Services
- XML, XSLT, SOAP and REST APIs
- Integration workflows and business processes
- Integration security and Workday security concepts
- Integration troubleshooting and debugging
- Error handling and performance optimization
- API-based integrations and data exchange

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver advanced and practical Workday Integration training.
- Explain Workday Integration concepts using real-time project scenarios.
- Provide hands-on training on Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF and Web Services.
- Train learners on XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST and API integrations.
- Explain integration security, workflows and best practices.
- Guide learners through troubleshooting, debugging and error handling.




- Provide practical assignments and project-based exercises.
- Share real-world implementation approaches and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration.
- Proven real-time industry/project experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF and Web Services.
- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST and APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts using practical scenarios.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Experienced working professional with strong industry exposure preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Workday Integration Developer / Consultant / Technical Lead with real-time project experience.
- Candidates with corporate training, mentoring or knowledge-sharing experience are preferred.
- Practical industry experience is mandatory; candidates with only theoretical or academic exposure are not preferred.
