Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Accounting and Finance.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, journal entries, and general accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other required financial/statutory reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and monitor outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor company cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial planning.
- Verify bills, invoices, purchase orders, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, CA, tax consultants, vendors, and government departments.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits and maintain all required financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other financial regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
