- Set VMC machines for different components and job requirements.
- Perform fixture mounting, workpiece setting and tool setting.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets and coordinate systems.
- Load, verify and edit CNC programs as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection.
- Make necessary tool and offset corrections during production.
- Monitor tool life, tool wear and machining conditions.
- Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling and fixture-related issues.
- Ensure required cycle time, productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Support current job development and process improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain setting sheets, tool records and production records.
- Follow 5S, PPE, safety and quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and support basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
