Key Responsibilities Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of electrical systems
- Handle breakdowns efficiently to reduce machine downtime
- Maintain motors, panels, transformers, and electrical circuits

Troubleshooting & Repairs

- Diagnose electrical faults in machines and control panels
- Work on relays, contactors, MCC panels, and wiring systems
- Ensure quick fault identification and resolution

Automation & Controls

- Assist in troubleshooting automated machines
- Support electrical upgrades and improvements

Inspection & Safety

- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
- Maintain proper earthing and load balance

Installation & Commissioning

- Assist in installation of new machines and equipment
- Support commissioning and electrical setup

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily maintenance logs and reports
- Track breakdown history and recurring issues
- Suggest preventive actions and improvements

Skills Required





- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with panels and machines

Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- ITI (Electrician) with relevant experience can also apply

Industry Preference

- Manufacturing / OEM / Production Units
- Automotive / Plastic / Engineering

- Machine uptime
- Breakdown response time
- Preventive maintenance completion
- Electrical safety compliance

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work in shifts
- Immediate availability for breakdown situations
- Hands-on shop floor experience is mandatory
