About the Role

ShftX Tech Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across leading online marketplaces.

The role involves managing product listings, catalogue hygiene, inventory, orders, returns, marketplace issues, and MIS reporting to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and catalogue hygiene.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability to prevent stock-outs, overselling, and operational discrepancies.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and other marketplace-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational gaps.
- Take corrective actions to ensure smooth marketplace operations.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports covering sales, orders, inventory, returns, and key marketplace metrics.
- Raise marketplace tickets/issues and follow up until timely resolution.
- Support promotions, offers, catalogue changes, product launches, and other marketplace activities.
- Maintain accurate marketplace data and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplace portals.
- Good knowledge of catalogue management, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach towards identifying and resolving operational issues.
