Job Title: Accountant
Qualification: B.Com
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Industry: Transport & Logistics

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally.
- Record and maintain regular sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain and update Debtors and Creditors ledgers.
- Provide Debtors and Creditors outstanding/balance reports whenever required.
- Perform regular accounting and documentation work related to the transport business.
- Maintain records of vehicle-related expenses, transportation receipts, payments and other routine business transactions.
- Assist in maintaining proper and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Reconcile ledger balances and identify discrepancies, whenever required.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and statements as required by management.




- Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles.
- Good understanding of Debit/Credit, ledgers, outstanding balances and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
- Prior experience in a transport company will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate with basic accounting knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Ability to independently handle routine bookkeeping and accounting work.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
