Requirement: Retail Business Development Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Retail Business Development Consultant with a proven track record of working with retail organizations operating 15 or more showrooms.

The consultant should have expertise in:

- Retail operations management for multi-store businesses.
- Manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Shift planning, rostering, and duty scheduling.
- Improving staff productivity and operational efficiency.
- Store performance management and KPI implementation.
- Sales performance monitoring and target achievement.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
- Inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention.
- Store manager and employee performance evaluation.
- Customer service standards and retail experience enhancement.
- Recruitment planning, training, and staff development.
- Cost optimization and effective utilization of manpower.




- Developing scalable systems and processes for business growth.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience managing retail chains with 15–100+ stores.
- Ability to design organizational structures, reporting systems, and operational dashboards.
- Experience implementing retail ERP/POS systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.

The objective is to build a highly effective retail operation by implementing best practices in people management, shift scheduling, store operations, and overall business performance while supporting the company's expansion plans.

Pay: ₹10,146.45 - ₹89,354.42 per month
