We are hiring Customer Care Executives / Customer Support Executives for an International Voice & Chat Process in Mohali.

Eligibility

- Education: 12th Pass to Any Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good English speaking and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
- International BPO/Customer Support experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customers through Voice & Chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions




- Deliver qualified and quality customer service
- Maintain and update customer information in the system
- Handle customer concerns effectively and professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
