We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the marketing team at Venkon Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food/FMCG branding and packaging design, along with the ability to create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, product visuals, and basic video content.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for creative content generation and be willing to explore new design and content-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design food product packaging, labels, pouches, jars, boxes, cartons, and other FMCG packaging formats.
- Create social media posts, reels creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop creative visuals for B2B marketing and international export campaigns.
- Create product presentations, brochures, catalogues, company profiles, and marketing collaterals.
- Adapt designs according to different product sizes, packaging formats, markets, and client requirements.
- Create professional product mockups and presentation visuals.
- Use AI tools to generate and enhance creative content, including product visuals, backgrounds, concepts, references, and marketing assets.
- Perform basic video editing for social media reels, product videos, advertisements, and promotional content.




- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication team to convert marketing concepts into strong visual creatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual communication.
- Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital publishing and print production.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and other external agencies when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, social media formats, and FMCG/food packaging trends.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & CorelDraw

2. Good understanding of food packaging and label design.

3. Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition, and branding.

4. Experience creating social media creatives and digital advertisements.

5. Basic knowledge of video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro

6. Ability to use AI-based creative tools for generating images, concepts, backgrounds, and content.

7. Valuable understanding of print-ready artwork, packaging dimensions, bleed, CMYK, and resolution.

8. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

9. Strong attention to detail and willingness to take creative ownership.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
