Job Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Experience : Freshers eligible for Associate roles | 2+ years mandatory for Senior roles

Night Shift – Mandatory

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Form Explanation: Walk individual and business clients through their prepared tax returns, explaining line-by-line entries on Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065 in clear, easy terms.
- Billing & Collections: Present invoices, address billing queries, and securely collect payments from clients prior to final tax e-filing.
- Tax Compliance: Review financial documents (W-2s, 1099s, P&L; statements) to ensure accurate tax calculations, credits, and compliance with IRS regulations.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact to build trust,



resolve client inquiries, and maintain high satisfaction rates.
