We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable candidates from the education sector to join our team as an Academic Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding various research and education programs. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students about research programs.
- Understand students’ academic background and career goals.
- Assist students throughout the entire process.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Provide continuous support until admission is completed.
- Collect required documents from students for admission processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- Matured and well polished communication
- High decision making capability

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
