Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Reach out to HR professionals and business leaders to introduce MantraCare’s wellness solutions.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.




- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in business development, sales, and client acquisition.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build relationships and handle client conversations.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in business development or sales will be an advantage.
