Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products. This involves clear communication and establishing trust.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. This requires setting personal goals and staying focused on reaching them.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Being knowledgeable helps in making informed sales strategies and offers.
- Product Presentation: Demonstrate products to clients and explain features, benefits, and pricing. A thorough understanding of the products is essential for effective communication.
- Order Processing: Handle sales orders efficiently, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. This includes following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients after sales to understand their satisfaction level. This information helps improve product offerings and customer service.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience and be a 12th-grade pass. Robust communication skills are essential for interacting with clients. A good understanding of sales techniques and customer service is expected. The candidate should be capable of working independently, manage time effectively, and possess a positive attitude. Being a male candidate is required for this position.
