Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and business development in the commercial aviation engine aftermarket. The role involves managing customers, engine and spare parts sales, leasing, trading, and warehouse inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of aircraft engines, modules, and spare parts.
- Develop new business opportunities in engine sales, leasing, exchanges, and teardown programs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Manage relationships with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, and trading partners.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, quality, and finance teams.
- Monitor engine inventory, documentation, and asset utilization.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, inspections, and technical documentation.
- Track market trends, pricing, competitors,



and business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM, and reporting.
- Support compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–10 years of experience in aviation engine aftermarket sales/business development.
- Hands-on experience with CFM, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney engines.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of engine documentation, inventory, and preservation requirements.
- Experience with CRM, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of FAA, EASA, or DGCA requirements will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
