Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations for our construction company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage statutory compliance and labour-related activities
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and requirements
- Handle disciplinary and performance-related matters




- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in HR
- Construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour management
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently handle HR activities
- Immediate joiners are preferred
