We are seeking an experienced Visa Counselor & Telecallers specializing in study visas, tourist/visitor visas, and immigration processes for countries The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Who can apply

- Candidates with experience in visa/immigration / overseas education counselling
- Only experienced candidates should apply. Candidates without immigration experience will be directly rejected.

Key responsibilities

- Visa Counsel walk-in and online enquiries on study, tourist and immigration options
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to convert enquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of client status and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly targets related to client meetings, applications and conversions

Required skills

- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi/Punjabi




- Confident in speaking to clients over phone and in person
- Good convincing and counselling skills
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
