As part of our expanding retail footprint, we are hiring an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility for our high-end ceramic tiles and bathware showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

- Showroom Sales & Client Consultation: Greet walk-in clients, showcase ceramic tile, sanitaryware, and bath fitting collections, and guide them to products that fit their budget and design needs.
- B2B & Institutional Outreach: Build and maintain active relationships with local architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and real estate builders to secure project supply deals.
- Field Marketing & Promotion: Execute local marketing campaigns, distribute product catalogues, organise carpenter/mason meets, and promote showroom offerings across target areas.
- Pipeline & Order Management: Prepare quotations, track sales leads, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor pricing, visual merchandising trends,



and popular product designs to provide actionable feedback to store management.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on sales experience in ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, paint, hardware, or building materials retail/B2B sales.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and basic MS Office proficiency.
- Attributes: High energy, goal-oriented, customer-centric attitude, and willingness to perform field visits to client sites and architecture firms.
