- Conduct theoretical and practical gemology training for GG/Graduate Gemologist programs.
- Deliver sessions on diamond grading, colored stones, gem identification, treatments and grading standards.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students through gemological instruments and testing techniques.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, examinations and projects.
- Develop and update training content, presentations, practical exercises and course material.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance and assessments.
