We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance & accounts function of our manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Tally, excellent Excel skills, and prior experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should be comfortable handling accounting entries, reconciliations, invoices, taxation-related documentation, and routine MIS/reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal and ledger entries.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain and update ledgers and accounting records.
- Assist in GST-related data preparation, reconciliation and documentation.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and Excel-based statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers and other financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in stock/inventory accounting and manufacturing-related accounting activities.
- Check purchase bills, expenses and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Support the senior accounts team in audits, statutory compliance,



and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of financial data.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime – Mandatory
- Advanced/Good knowledge of MS Excel – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, IF, filters, and data formatting.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and other basic statutory accounting requirements.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry – Preferred/Mandatory
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should have:

Tally + Strong Excel + Manufacturing Industry Experience + Practical Accounting Knowledge

Candidates who have worked in a manufacturing setup and have hands-on experience with purchase, sales, inventory, vendor/customer accounts, bank reconciliation, GST and MIS reporting will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
