What you will do:
As a Vendor Governance Technical Implementation Specialist, you will provide technical and analytical support for the implementation, configuration, integration testing and ongoing administration of the organization’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Management platform, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application. The position will serve as a key technical resource, working with the TPRM business, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and resources from other IT functions. This individual will translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions with ProcessUnity, Conga CLM and supporting enterprise systems.
The role will have a strong focus on ProcessUnity and Conga configuration, data management, integrations, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization. While traditional software development is not the primary responsibility, experience with APIs, SQL, scripting, data transformation, and enterprise integrations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Implement new and enhanced integrations (Import/Export APIs), reporting/dashboards, workflows, security setup, to support the evolving vendor management landscape, while ensuring that the development and implementation plans follow latest practices and industry standards.
- Work with REST APIs, data feeds, file-based integrations, and other integration technologies.
- Administer and configure the ProcessUnity system, including assessments/questionnaires, data management, ongoing monitoring, automation activities, etc. to meet the constantly evolving vendor management landscape.
- Administer and configure the Conga Contract Lifecycle system, including workflow, data management and support activities.
- Assist in designing and implementing the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, inherent risk assessment, due diligence, risk assessment, etc.
- Work with other internal technical resources, business partners, and the vendor support organization to troubleshoot and problem solve issues.
- Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Participate in solution design and implementation planning.
- Maintain configuration documentation and system design specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders regarding ProcessUnity and Conga CLM capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
- Ability to leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and challenging tasks
- Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SaaS platform implementation, configuration, or administration.
- Solid understanding of data structures, data mapping, data validation, and system integrations.
- Experience gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements.
- Experience with system testing, defect management, and UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong English language communication skills are required
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Experience with ProcessUnity, preferably within a Third-Party Risk Management or Vendor Management implementation
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Conga CLM
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with JSON and/or XML
- Experience with data transformation or ETL processes
- Familiarity with SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls
- Experience working with enterprise integration or middleware platforms
