We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a robust combination of PeopleSoft expertise and business analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within the PeopleSoft environment, gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of effective technology solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

. Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process and system improvements

. Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements

. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements

. Design and support solutions that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities where applicable

. Configure and maintain core PeopleSoft modules based on business requirements

. Analyze existing PeopleSoft business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

. Develop and execute test plans to validate new features, system enhancements, and business processes

. Support functional testing,



defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution activities

. Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and other project-related documentation

. Collaborate with technical teams during solution design, development, testing, and implementation

. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and functional specification development
. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and identify improvement opportunities
. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Business Analysis (40%):
Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and creating functional specifications.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical teams.

PeopleSoft (30%):
Hands on experience with PeopleSoft, including core setup and configuration of various modules.
Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and reporting tools.
Artificial Intelligence (30%):
A basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
Experience with AI powered tools and platforms for business process automation and data analysis.
