We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage daily accounting operations, ensure seamless billing for vehicle sales and services, maintain accurate ledgers, and handle statutory tax compliances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the automotive retail or manufacturing sector and a solid command over accounting software.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an accounts executive, preferred within an automobile dealership (4-wheeler/2-wheeler) or workshop environment.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables),



and standard Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or specific OEM software.

Skills & Competencies

- Deep understanding of accounting principles, inventory accounting, and automotive taxation (GST/TCS).
- High numerical accuracy and sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with banks, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during month-end closing cycles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
