The Project Coordinator (Creator Operations) serves as the operational engine of our influencer marketing campaigns. In this fast-paced position, you will be directly responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding content creators, pitching campaign deals over phone calls, and maintaining strong relationships within our creator network.

You will act as the crucial liaison between external creators, client brand leads, and our internal scriptwriting, editing, and campaign management teams. Your main operational focus will be managing timeline schedules, resolving workflow bottlenecks, ensuring scripts and video revisions are approved seamlessly, and guaranteeing that sponsored content goes live 100% on time, every single time.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) required, leveraging your analytical background, structured problem-solving skills, and process management mindset.

* Language Proficiency:

* Malayalam: Native/Fluent (Mandatory for everyday phone calls, creator outreach, and relationship management).

* English:



Professional working proficiency (Required for written brand briefs, client emails, and internal reporting).

* Work Ethic & Traits:

* Strict Deadline Discipline: Absolute commitment to enforcing publishing schedules and campaign deadlines without delay.

* Proactive Communication: Comfortable making cold/warm calls to creators, negotiating terms, and mediating feedback clearly.

* Growth-Oriented Mindset: Goal-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in a energetic digital media environment.

- * Technical & Organizational Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel for tracking campaign schedules, proficiency in WhatsApp Business coordination, and basic familiarity with Instagram and YouTube platform metrics.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
