Positions: Performance Marketer
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Location: Remote ( Mohali)

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive leads and sales for e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google & Meta platforms
- Drive performance based on ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and improve ad performance
- Track campaigns using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and sales campaigns is a must
- E-commerce experience (Shopify/WooCommerce preferred)
- Data-driven and analytical mindset

Pay: ₹17,865.08 - ₹40,000.00 per month
