# Job Description – HR Executive (Night Shift)
*Position:* HR Executive
*Shift:* Night Shift – US Working Hours
*Location:* Hyderabad
*Employment Type:* Full time
*Department:* Human Resources
## About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible *HR Executive – Night Shift* to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee support during US working hours. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of *US IT Recruitment, HR policies, employee attendance, onboarding, floor management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations*.
The candidate will act as the primary HR point of contact for employees working during the night shift and ensure smooth HR operations, employee discipline, engagement, and timely resolution of employee concerns.
## Key Responsibilities
### 1. US IT Recruitment
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for *US IT positions*.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
* Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
* Understand basic US IT recruitment processes, job requirements, and hiring practices.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
### 2. Attendance & Shift Management
* Monitor daily employee attendance, late arrivals, absences, and shift adherence.
* Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
* Follow up with employees regarding absenteeism and attendance irregularities.
* Coordinate with reporting managers regarding attendance-related concerns.
* Ensure employees adhere to prescribed working hours and shift schedules.
### 3. Employee Onboarding
* Coordinate the complete employee onboarding process.
* Collect and verify required joining documents.
* Conduct HR induction and explain company policies, procedures, attendance rules, and workplace expectations.
* Coordinate employee ID, system access, email IDs, and other onboarding requirements with relevant teams.
* Ensure proper completion and maintenance of employee records.
### 4. HR Policies & Compliance
* Ensure employees understand and follow company HR policies and procedures.
* Communicate policies related to attendance, leave, working hours, holidays, workplace conduct, and employee discipline.
* Support implementation of new HR policies and updates.
* Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
* Escalate policy violations and disciplinary concerns to the appropriate management.
### 5. Floor Management
* Act as the HR point of contact for employees on the floor during the night shift.
* Monitor workplace discipline, employee conduct, and overall floor environment.
* Address routine employee concerns and coordinate with managers for operational issues.
* Ensure a professional, safe, and positive work environment.
* Monitor and report any significant incidents or concerns to management.
### 6. Employee Engagement
* Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
* Support celebrations, employee activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
* Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
### 7. Grievance Handling & Employee Queries
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
* Listen to employee grievances and address them professionally and confidentially.
* Maintain proper grievance records and follow up until resolution.
* Escalate sensitive or serious concerns to senior HR/management when required.
* Provide employees with timely clarification regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll-related queries, holidays, and other HR matters.
### 8. Holidays & Leave Management
* Maintain and communicate the company holiday calendar.
* Coordinate employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
* Ensure employees are aware of holiday schedules and applicable leave policies.
* Coordinate with managers regarding staffing requirements during holidays and planned absences.
### 9. HR Operations & Reporting
* Maintain employee databases, HR trackers, attendance reports, and other HR MIS.
* Prepare regular HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, onboarding, attrition, employee engagement, and grievances.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
* Support other HR operational activities as required.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in *Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field*.
* *1–3 years of experience* in HR Operations/HR Executive roles preferred.
* Knowledge of *US IT Recruitment* is preferred.
* Good understanding of *attendance, leave management, onboarding, HR policies, and employee relations*.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good problem-solving and grievance-handling abilities.
* Ability to manage employees and handle workplace situations professionally.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially *Excel*.
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
* Comfortable working independently during *night shifts*.
Pay: ₹35,031.89 - ₹45,134.80 per month
