Job Description:
The Assistant Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives within the company. The role involves analyzing business data, supporting strategic planning, and assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies. The Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder communications, preparing reports for management, and helping identify areas for process optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning and execution,



ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present reports to management on project progress and performance metrics.
