- Staff and Volunteer Management: Rosters staff/volunteers, trains them, and monitors performance to ensure proper service.
- Operational Control: Prepares the canteen for daily operations, manages stock levels, and places orders with suppliers.
- Financial Accountability: Handles cash, manages the budget, maintains accurate sales records, and ensures compliance with financial policies.
- Health and Hygiene: Ensures strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Menu Planning: Develops menu options, including healthy choices, and sets pricing to meet financial goals
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
