Roomy Ventures LLP is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling enquiries, providing information about furniture and interior products, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

* Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, online enquiries, and customer requests.

* Respond to customer enquiries regarding furniture, products, pricing, availability, and showroom services.

* Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales team.

* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and appointments.

* Maintain customer enquiry records and update follow-up details.

* Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to ensure timely responses to customers.

* Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

* Assist in scheduling customer visits and appointments.





* Maintain a professional reception area and ensure a welcoming showroom environment.

* Support basic administrative and documentation activities related to customer service.

* Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Customer Service, Front Office, or a similar role is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valuable knowledge of Malayalam and English , Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.

* Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-friendly approach.

* Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

* Candidates with experience in furniture, interior, retail, or showroom environments will be preferred.
