We are looking for an energetic, talkative, and reliable Field Brand Promoter to represent our brand directly on the ground.

In this role, you will be our primary face-to-face contact with local customers. Your main focus will be setting up promotional standees/canopies at busy public spots, residential layouts, and apartment gates, handing out informational flyers, and proactively talking to passersby to explain our fresh products/services and generate customer leads.

Note: This is a 100% on-ground, outdoor field role. There is no desk, computer, or telecalling work involved.Key Responsibilities:

- Promotional Setup: Transport and set up outdoor promotional materials (standees, canopies, promotional banners, product samples) at assigned residential areas, markets, or events.
- Flyer Distribution & Active Pitching: Proactively approach pedestrians and residents, hand out brochures/pamphlets, and deliver a crisp 30-to-60-second product pitch.
- Lead Collection: Collect basic customer contact details (Name, WhatsApp number, inquiry type) for interested buyers using a mobile form or register.
- Residential & Neighborhood Outreach: Conduct door-to-door or gate-to-gate flyer distribution and direct introductions within targeted residential communities.




- Material Management: Ensure all marketing collateral, sample packs, and display stands are safely handled, packed down, and accounted for at the end of each day.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily end-of-shift updates on flyers distributed, customer conversations held, and leads collected.

Requirements & Skills:

- Personality: High energy, confident body language, polite conversational manners, and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to communicate easily with local residents. Basic knowledge of English or Hindi is a strong plus.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Mobility: Having your own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license is preferred (travel allowance will be reimbursed).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand outdoors, walk within layouts, and interact with the public during peak morning/evening footfall hours.

Pay: ₹10,512.96 - ₹20,159.78 per month
