Lead and supervise maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and production efficiency. ➢ Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for MI production equipment and utilities. ➢ Analyze machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring failures and downtime.

Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of failed PCB assemblies and electronic products at board and component level. ➢ Analyse functional failures using schematics, test reports, diagnostic tools, and failure analysis techniques to identify root causes. ➢ Repair or replace defective electronic components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, BGAs, and other SMT/THT component

Develop, optimize,



and sustain SMT manufacturing processes to achieve quality, productivity, yield and cost targets. ➢ Analyze process performance and implement improvements in solder printing, component placement, reflow soldering, and inspection processes. ➢ Troubleshoot SMT process-related issues such as solder defects, placement defects, reflow abnormalities, and yield losses using structured problem-solving techniques
