We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team.
- Handle customer queries through Voice & Non-Voice channels
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
- BPO / International Customer Support / Travel / Aviation experience preferred
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts
