Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Patna team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, budgets, bids, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, banners, videos, and creatives.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet defined goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of PPC, paid social media, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree or certification in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with practical knowledge of paid advertising and experienced candidates may apply.
- Previous experience managing live advertising campaigns will be an advantage.
