Beyond Small Talk is a curated singles community creating meaningful connections through thoughtfully designed offline and virtual singles meets.

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who understands people, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and can turn ideas into engaging content.

What You’ll Do

- Create and edit short-form videos, Reels and promotional content
- Design engaging Instagram posts, carousels, stories and event creatives
- Assist with social media content and promotions for upcoming singles meets and virtual events
- Brainstorm fresh ways to promote events and drive registrations
- Research trends, formats and hooks and find ways to adapt them for the brand
- Create relatable content around dating, relationships, human behaviour and modern dating
- Assist with campaigns, interactive stories and event promotions




- Maintain a consistent visual identity and aesthetic across the brand
- Track content performance and suggest ideas based on audience behaviour and engagement

What We’re Looking For

- Interest in Psychology, human behaviour, relationships and social dynamics is a plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics, design and visual storytelling
- Ability to create content that is interesting, relatable and shareable
- Proficiency in Canva
- Comfortable with CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, trends and content formats
- Creative thinker with robust attention to detail
- Positive written communication and ability to write engaging hooks and copy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team
